Hello,
I would like to create a file for managing hours and automatically calculating overtime, and I would like to create an application on Excel if possible. Does anyone have these skills? We can discuss acquiring a file.
Best regards

Once the first draft is completed and any blocking issues brought to their attention, the specialists will be able to look into resolving them.
Hello,
There are several templates built into Excel. Click on File, New. In the search box, enter "overtime" and confirm.

Hello,
I have also done this kind of thing in the past.
It seems difficult to propose a "universal" model because we need to know whether the table concerns a single employee or all employees of a company and we must take into account the specifics of the collective agreement (thresholds and rates for overtime, potential evening, night, public holiday work, absences...).
In any case, the principle is always the same: establish a typical schedule for each employee, which can become more complex if everyone has different standard weeks due to shifts, enter the actual hours into another sheet and compare; there aren't any particular difficulties, just a bit of calculation to consider these various factors.
In my opinion, we will only be able to do this optimally if we have a fictitious file showing this organization.
