Hello,
WhApp was installed on my PC and worked. Then it disconnected without the possibility of reconnecting. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Since then, I only get a blank screen.
I don't understand. A setting changed? But which one?
Thank you for your help.

Hello!

This is a common issue with WhatsApp Desktop. Here are some solutions that might help:
1. Update your app: Make sure you are using the latest version of WhatsApp. Bugs like the one you're experiencing are often fixed in new updates.
2. Clear the cache: WhatsApp Desktop stores some files temporarily - if these files are corrupted, they can cause issues. To clear your cache, navigate to the following path: C:\Users\"Your_Username"\AppData\Roaming\ then delete the WhatsApp folder.
3. Check your antivirus and firewall: Sometimes, they can block certain features of the app. Make sure WhatsApp is on your antivirus and firewall exceptions list.
4. Update your system graphics: If your system has an old graphics card or outdated drivers, it may cause this problem. Try updating them.
5. Reinstall the app: If none of this works, the best solution might be to completely uninstall the app, restart your system, and then reinstall WhatsApp.
Hopefully, one of these resolves your issue!
