Can't open Windows

Hello,

My laptop is no longer usable because Windows won't start and I don't know why. I keep getting: preparing for repair, diagnosing your computer, then this:

A black screen: unable to connect to the network 

Keep your device on and we will look for solutions in a few minutes

Log file C:/windows/system32/logfiles/SRT/SRTTrail.txt

Then it's the eternal restart...

Can anyone help me?

Hello,

Which version of Windows? 10 or 11?

Do you have another PC at hand, or at a friend's place, that could create a Windows installation USB? To refresh it, and back up data beforehand if you wish, or can.
