Only one earbud works: Solix Classic Pro from Action

Hello,

I just bought a pair of Solix Classic Pro wireless earbuds from Action... and while pairing them with my Samsung, only one of the two works... I see other posts with solutions that don't seem to work for my earbuds... turning them off, putting them away, unpairing them, reconnecting...

Nothing works... only one ear hears music... and the problem is that I have two ;)

If you have a solution to my little problem... feel free to let me know!
