Solix Pinnacle TWS Issue (ACTION)

Hello, I recently bought Solix Pinnacle TWS wireless earbuds. Dear Action, both earbuds connect, but the sound only comes out of one earbud. How can I reset them? Please.

Hello, I had the same problem that I solved. For me, it was because of my second phone, which had Bluetooth enabled. One earbud connected to the first phone and the other to the second phone, and it worked correctly when the phones were away from each other or when the Bluetooth on the second phone was turned off. What I did was disable the Bluetooth on the first phone while I blocked the pairing on the second phone, blacklisting the earbuds. Then I reactivated the Bluetooth on the first phone and now it works properly.

I don't understand, one out of two headphones works even though no one else is connected, and they are all connected to my phone. Thank you for giving me advice on how to reset them or get them to work again.

I noticed the same thing, you have to turn on both earbuds at the same time, hold both for 5 seconds and they will turn on, and recommend pairing.

Hello,

Personally, I've had them for 4 months now and they've caused me no problems.

However, I don't know how to reset them as there's nothing in the manual.

But I suggest putting both back in the box to charge them, and then taking them out and connecting them again.

If that doesn't work, press and hold the earbud that isn't working until you hear a sound, and normally the sound should come back, I think.

I just bought some and had the same problem. But I found the solution: Charge the headphones to 100%. Then, pair the headphones with your phone, restart your phone, then reconnect them and it's all good!

yes for my part, the sound was working well now one of the earbuds is working but it’s intermittent like it cuts out and then comes back
