Hello,
I just bought a Motorola edge 50 neo, I've had it for 2 days and there haven't been any updates, particularly the installation of Android 15. The last patch dates back to July 2024.
This is the first time this has happened to me with a phone; with all the ones I had before, updates happened automatically from the first startup.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a specific action to take?

It is possible that there are no updates at the moment.
To find out if an operating system update will be available for your phone or if your phone is still eligible for security updates, check the Software Upgrade Website for your country. This is also where our support staff gets information regarding Android updates. If the release date for updates for your phone is not mentioned there, we don’t have any more information.
