Hello,
I gave this TV to my mother, but it's complicated for her to have all these apps on the screen. Can we access the channels directly by removing the apps from the screen?
Thank you

Hello,
To uninstall an application on your Qilive Q32HA232B, access the menu by starting with the "Home" button on the remote, select the application, press "OK" to bring up the floating menu, and choose "Uninstall", then confirm your action.

Hello, and thank you for your reply. In fact, I made the wrong choice. I should have gotten my mother a simple TV because there is no box or internet, so the apps wouldn’t be displayed on the screen. It’s complicated for her; she has to do manipulations.
Best regards,

Hello,
I may not be of an advanced age yet, but I completely agree; I only ask of a TV to broadcast programs via Box or terrestrial.
Mine is old and not very smart, it only displays the channel list with a bottom banner for the rest of the options that I don't even look at, and which, by the way, are not even related to intelligent content (I haven't connected it) but to the Box menu.
That said, it is becoming very complicated to buy a non-"smart" TV except perhaps by other low-end criteria (brand, size, and screen quality...) and "intelligence" is misleading for the "average consumer" because it relies on different systems (Android, closed proprietary systems...).

Hello,
In the settings or configuration menu, you should probably find a conversation allowing you to remove the SmartTV's home screen.
It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
