Hello,
I'm new to this forum and I need your help. How can I reset my BTS50 speaker? It connects well via Bluetooth, but when I play music no sound comes out. However, during calls, my interlocutor can hear me, but I can't hear anything. Could you please let me know how to restore it to factory settings? Unfortunately, I've lost the user manual. Thank you!

generally, Bluetooth unpairing is done by a long press of more than 10 seconds on the connection button and then reconnecting by pressing for about 2 seconds.
And there you go, here it is....
But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!-
I have tried pressing and holding the power button for several seconds, but nothing happens. I'm not sure if this is the right button, as there is no connect button, just a power on/off switch, a volume +/-, and a play/pause button. It's a very small speaker. Please check Google for photos; the speaker is called Poss BTS50G. Thank you.
