Hello,
I bought my daughter the Logitech K380 keyboard + M350 mouse kit.
I plugged in the USB dongle, it is recognized, I connect the mouse without any issues, but when I try to connect the keyboard, it doesn't work, it searches for a connection and never finds one.
When I try to add it manually via Bluetooth, it says "connection impossible."
Here's the screenshot: https://ibb.co/tbVqTvr
I tried it on my computer, it detected everything properly... So I don't understand why it recognizes the mouse but not the keyboard...
Is the dongle considered a Bluetooth device?
Thank you in advance for your responses/help.

Hello,
Keyboard not recognized: Did you also install a wireless receiver (USB dongle) for it because you need two. One for the mouse and the other for the keyboard.

It is a keyboard and mouse pack, with a single dongle. I followed the installation guide provided in the kit, I plugged in the dongle, I connected the mouse without any problem, I pressed and held the button for 3 seconds to pair the keyboard, and it is searching but doesn't find it.

While searching the site... https://www.logitech.fr/fr-fr/products/combos/k380-m350-keyboard-mouse-combo.html I discover that the Kit is designed for tablets with various operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows,... etc)
IF everything has been followed meticulously, there should be no pairing issues.

"The multi-device K380 keyboard connects via Bluetooth to your computer, tablet, and smartphone." So I don't understand this part, I'll try to buy a small Bluetooth dongle to connect it like that, right?
