Hello,

I can't connect my new Bose QC35 II headphones to my PC. It worked perfectly on my laptop the first time, but it's impossible with the PC.

The Bluetooth is enabled, but the PC does not "see" the headphones.

I noticed that this question has already been asked in this forum, but without any answer provided. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Did they find a solution? Thank you in advance for your help.

You need to pair them, then go to the device manager and remove the Bose QC35. Curiously, it is then recognized as an audio device in system/sound.

How to pair when the device does not appear in the Bluetooth manager of the PC, and the headset on its side does not see the PC either...?

I had the same problem, but by holding down the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds, my Mac recognized my headset and lost the connection with my phone. I was then able to reconnect to my phone. Now that the pairing is done, there's no need to redo the procedure.
