Hello*

As soon as I plug in the connector to charge the e-reader, an error message appears saying that moisture is detected.. What should I do?*

Thank you in advance*

    Hello

    Thank you @Xileh StatusModerator

There are no 36 ways to do this, you need to clean the connector. 99.9% isopropyl alcohol is particularly suitable for this use, being very volatile and non-conductive.

If you don't have a small soft brush, choose a strong paper towel that doesn't lint much or at all.

Finish by blowing into it with a can of compressed nitrogen (and not with your mouth, as that adds moisture!)

EDIT: also follow the recommendations of @MPMP10 StatusMember in post #1

    Keep me updated ;-)

    Hello,

Pour deposit 2 cm of rice in a dish.

Place the reader on the rice, being careful not to introduce rice into the openings (USB and others).

    Cover everything with cling film.

    Wait 24 to 48 hours.

Generally, it is the temperature changes that cause the condensation of ambient humidity.
