Kindle e-reader exit a book at the end of reading

Hello. Problem with the Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition 32 GB. When I reach the end of a book, I see the last page where it says at the top "before you go"...

The e-reader suggests buying equivalent books...

And there, no way to exit this last page! The screen is inert, no matter what I do! I do a short reset, everything shuts down and the e-reader returns... to that same page!! I have to perform a reload of the e-reader to finally get to the page with the library.

Is this normal? If not, what should I do? (the system refuses any command)...

Thank you for your suggestion. I have downloaded what I need to do a manual update. However, I am in contact with the seller who will address this case. I will keep you informed about the situation's progress. As a last resort, I will use your suggestion. Thank you, in any case.

Thanks to T3chN0g3n for the suggestion. However, I didn't need to go that far: I eventually found a workaround on the Amazon website that addresses this issue. In fact, a total factory reset is recommended since you need to press the power button for more than 40 seconds (!) And this solved the problem...

So I wanted to share this with you since you had offered me a solution.

And Amazon's customer service was totally unwilling to deal with my problem!

Hello,

Actually, I think I've found the solution without having to do a factory reset! Once on the page with "before you go..." the book rating and the reading suggestions, you need to go back to the last page of the book using the arrow at the top left next to "before you go...". Once on the last page of the book, you can again tap at the top of the screen to bring up the menu that shows the option to return to the library home page.

Hopefully I could help some of you.
