bonjour a tous

j'ai un PC qui a de bonnes configs, mais depuis quelques mois ne tourne pas normalement 
j'ai essayé de résoudre mon problème de différentes façons 
mise à jour des pilotes
mise à jour Windows et autres, rien ne fait 
j'ai voulu formater 
et je me retrouve avec 3 sessions de démarrage

le PC est en partie en watercooling 
carte graphique et CPU

mon pc

je remarque que le PC ne tourne pas bien en jeu Call of Duty Warzone
avant, il tournait à 200 fps et là, il tourne à 105 en action avec plein de lags

la carte graphique est en refroidissement avec un waterblock Bykski Waterblock VGA MSI AMD Radeon RX 7900 sur 1 circuit EK Water Blocks Quantum Reflection PC-O11D XL D5

le processeur  sur un waterblock VELOCITY 2 sur un autre circuit réservoir sur pompe Bykski D5

PC en tubes rigide 

10 ventilateurs

Bonjour

Ce genre de demande est trop large pour être répondu en 30 secondes. Vous allez y passer des jours tout seul en suivant le guide ci-dessous mais ça va payer !

Plus que la RX 7900, il faut voir si le reste suit. Cela dit, on va s'épargner cette étape vu que "avant, il tournait à 200 fps'"

  • En premier lieu : analyse virale ; utilisez plusieurs softs gratuits L'UN APRÈS L'AUTRE pour s'assurer de non-infection. Avira puis Avast par exemple.
    • installation avec mise à jour des bases virales en ligne.
    • analyse hors-ligne en mode sans échec
    • le soft est à désinstaller avec Geek Unistaller (lien) par exemple avant installation du suivant.
  • Faites ensuite une vérification d'intégrité (lien)
  • puis un chkdsk c: /f /r /v b (à lancer dans un terminal, marchera au reboot)
  • Faites enfin un tour dans les apps installées avec votre désinstalleur (Geek plus haut) puis dans le menu "Démarrage" du gestionnaire des tâches et faites du ménage si besoin.

Pour ce qui suit je pars du principe que le pc est clean mais que, juste en jeu, ça rame.

  • Mettez à jour les pilotes avec DriverBooster (lien), en retirant TOUT à l'installation. Lui aussi à désinstaller après usage. Il fait très bien son travail de MaJ mais c'est un pourriciel.
    • le pilote graphique devrait être MaJ à cette occasion
  • Utilisez MSI Afterburner. Ce logiciel propose une visualisation graphique de toutes les datas du pc et fonctionne avec toutes les marques et chipset graphiques. 
    • Vous aurez les températures, les fréquences, tout pour voir si quelque chose est aux fraises en jeu.
  • Ouvrez dans le même temps votre gestionnaire des tâches pour voir si le processeur et/ou la RAM n'est pas en saturation.

premier problème mots de passe ne fonctionne pas en mode sans échec 

J'ai réussi à obtenir la fenêtre pour entrer le mot de passe, mais on me dit qu'il est incorrect.

Pour le mot de passe du mode sans échec, en premier lieu notez le compte qui demande une authentification. Dans l'exemple, ce sera "Administrateur".

Revenez en démarrage classique sur votre compte normal, disons "Shiva".

Ouvrez une invite élevée, tapez 

whoami

ça vous sortira ;

Shiva

Tapez

net user

Vous aurez la liste des utilisateurs de la sorte :

Tapez ensuite

Appuyez sur entrée

Redémarrez en mode sans échec et tentez ce nouveau mot de passe ;-)

Bonsoir,

J'ai vue dans votre config, vous-avez une parti graphique intégré au CPU > AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics.

Vérifié quand vous jouer; à un jeux que vous êtes bien sur la RX 7900 XT et non sur la parti graphique intégré AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics ont ne c'est jamais.

Je doute que l'APU intégré au processeur fournisse 100+ fps dans les mêmes paramètres graphiques "limitant" une RX 7900 à 200 fps.

Pour s'en assurer, @Shiva80 StatutMembre, il suffit de lancer Warzone avec le gestionnaire des tâches en fond et voir, partie Performance, si c'est le bon GPU des 2 qui prend 80~100% d'usage.

Je doute aussi, que l'APU donne 100+fps mais c'est juste pour sans assuré. Ce qui est bizarre comment, il à pu jouer à 200 fps et du jour au lendemain il tourne plus qu'à 100 fps.

A moins d'une mise à jour, buger du jeu qui à réduit les performances du jeu sa c'est déjà vue dans certains jeux ou les joueurs se plaigne que des jeux sont mal optimiser suite à une mise à jour.

Faudrait qu'il teste, d'autres jeux pour voir si il à le même problème de performance sur d'autres aussi ou si il à se problème que sur certains jeux.

La commande s'est terminée correctement

revient au même mais c'est à faire sur le compte qui est demandé au moment du mode sans échec.

Sinon, tant pis, déconnectez le pc du réseau et lancez l'analyse. C'est juste pour voir s'il y a infection ; y a de grandes chances que non alors autant pas trop forcer sur ce point.

Bonjour,

Le mot de passe ne peut en principe pas être vierge quand le paramètre * invite à le rentrer.

net user administrateur retourne le compte du groupe administrateur.

Si ce compte porte un nom particulier, par exemple chez moi brucine, seul

net user brucine

retourne le compte brucine comme étant actif et donc sur lequel on peut intervenir alors que le compte administrateur lui ne l'est pas.

Aussi, rien n'indique qu'il n'a rien saisi vu que cette commande masque la saisie.

@Shiva80 StatutMembre Si la dernière capture pouvait indiquer le nom du compte demandé à la connexion en mode sans échec ça aiderait à voir si c'est le bon compte à gérer.

Et encore une fois autant pas se prendre la tête et lancer l'analyse en mode normal, surtout si c'est pour avoir un bilan d'analyse clinique à la fin. C'est une étape préliminaire, elle n'est pas encore sensée corriger quoi que ce soit mais juste s'assurer que ça ne soit pas une des causes.

pour la session en mode sans échec et la même que celle d'où écrit en mode normal
antiviral n'a rien détecté et je ne trouve pas le rapport

j'ai mis plus haut le rapport DISM
pour la suite de la procédure pour DISM, cela me paraît être compliqué 
je me débrouille pour monter une tour, installer tout dedans, mais au niveau correction de problème ou branchement, il me reste énormément à apprendre

j'ai installé driver booster 
les mises à jour qu'il me propose, il faut la version payante

Le bouton rouge en haut à droite est gratuit, pas celui en jaune.

S'il n'y a rien de dispo c'est que tout est à jour, vous pouvez désinstaller Driver Booster avec Geek Uninstaller

Pour DISM, il suffit de taper 

DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

dans une invite de commandes élevée, rien de plus ;-)

Très bien, je pars du principe que le pc est clean et entièrement à jour mais que, juste en jeu, ça rame.

Il reste à :

  • Faire un tour dans les apps installées avec votre désinstalleur (Geek plus haut) et faites du ménage si besoin
  • Faire un tour dans le menu "Démarrage" du gestionnaire des tâches et faites du ménage si besoin

Puis en phase de jeu concerné par la chute de FPS :

  • Utiliser MSI Afterburner.
    • Ce logiciel propose une visualisation graphique de toutes les datas du pc et fonctionne avec toutes les marques et chipset graphiques. 
    • Vous aurez les températures, les fréquences, tout pour voir si quelque chose est aux fraises en jeu.
  • Ouvrez dans le même temps votre gestionnaire des tâches pour voir si le processeur et/ou la RAM n'est pas en saturation.

Je suis d'accord mais je serais d'avis de ne pas toucher. Une mauvaise partition supprimée et le système ne démarre plus. Il faut y aller avec de vraies connaissances. Etant donné la perte négligeable d'espace (~2Go), autant laisser. Peu de chances que ça impacte le runtime de Windows

Bonjour,

Il est vrai que cela n'est qu’inesthétique parce que seule une partition de récupération peut être active, probablement du fait de la taille celle à droite de C: (à l'exception de celle éventuellement mise en place par le fabricant mais alors typiquement plusieurs Go) et qu'elles se sont accumulées suite à un bazar d'origine inconnue.

On ne voit pas dans le gestionnaire de disques Windows la minuscule partition réservée, on ne sait pas sur quel disque est la partition EFI si EFI il y a, et on ne voit pas non plus que ce vient faire cette kyrielle de partitions non allouées qu'il faudrait fusionner avec les partitions utiles.

Cela dit, il n'est pas si difficile de localiser la partition de récupération active et donc de virer les autres.

C'est impossible par conception. Les lettres de lecteur sont attribuées par le système lui-même :

  • A: et B: étaient réservées pour des disquettes du temps où Windows qui n'était qu'une interface de MS-DOS
  • C: est le système
  • D: jusqu'à Z: sont autorisées pour tout autre support physique et réseau dans ce seul intervalle.

Tu le vois même dans le diskmgmt.msc avec le volume 0 du disque 1 flaggé "Démarrer".

90Go pour un Windows n'est pas surprenant surtout si les fichiers de jeu sont placés sur D: par exemple. Windows seul doit prendre ~30Go.

C'est pour des raisons historiques le premier disque dur par défaut.

Rien n'interdit de nommer le disque système à l'installation par la lettre qu'on veut, sinon bien sûr qu'il faut l'avoir fait volontairement et que ce n'est pas forcément une bonne idée parce qu'un certain nombre de programmes sont codés en dur pour faire référence à C:

Intéressant. Je n'ai jamais  essayé sur C: pensant casser le système si c'était même permis. J'essaierai sur une VM à l'occasion pour ma culture ^_^

On digresse, mais en dehors des machines virtuelles, dans le cadre d'un véritable double boot, il m'est arrivé d'avoir un autre système d'exploitation sur un autre lettrage, H: ou ce qu'on veut.

Bien sûr la partition d'amorce peut être ou ne pas être sur C: mais les dossiers programmes et consorts sont alors bien sur H: sauf sur les systèmes n'acceptant au redémarrage de lettrer que sur C:, je ne suis plus sûr, c'est certainement le cas de Win9X et de mémoire jusqu'à XP, les systèmes non Windows ne sont bien sûr pas concernés.

oui mais dans ce cas, le H: n'est pas le système démarré. Faut que je le teste mais pour moi, par design, tout Windows installé s'attribuait automatiquement C: au boot

Je suis de très loin cette discussion, je n'ai pas vu de rapport passer sur les températures des composants principaux..

Faire un diagnostic long avec https://userdiag.com/fr/ serait bien, en collant le lien ici.

Pour ce qui concerne le disque 1 qui comprend le C:, il faudrait en supprimer toutes les partitions et réinstaller proprement.

J'ai oublié pourquoi j'avais marqué cette discussion, pour la présence d'une 7900XT.......

Ces cartes sont reconnues comme problématiques, avec des symptômes bien proche de ce qui est constaté là. 

Il y a une littérature importante sur le net sur le sujet:  problème RX7900XT - Recherche Google

Et de nombreux post sur ccm aussi (plus dur à retrouver)

Autre point oublié dans ma première intervention, il faut une alim conséquente pour ce type de carte.

Userdiag remonte une faiblesse des performances de ta 7900xt, donc tu es bien dans la problématique de ces séries de cartes,  elle est rincé....

Ton problème de performances est sûrement causé par la 7900xt, du moins dans les jeux, je vois sur la photo qu'elle est apparemment monté avec une équerre,  c'est totalement proscrit sur ce type de config, et ensuite le cpu chauffe un peu trop sur les phases de tests, avec un tel système de refroidissement c'est pas normal. 

L'alim est juste pour ta configuration,  bien que je ne pense pas que cela joue un rôle dans ton soucis,  mais il t'aurais fallu plutôt une 1000w.

La température CPU est surprenamment normale dixit ce test (lien)

On le voit partie "TEST: CPU MULTI COEUR" où le CPU maintient sa fréquence nominale indépendamment de la chauffe.

Le CPU me semble donc à écarter des candidats.

La CG par contre, malgré un très beau 64° max, tape un 110° hotspot visible dans la section "CPU MULTI COEUR + GPU". La piste "GPU mal refroidi" semble bonne, à ajouter avec l'histoire des 7900XT rincées dont je laisse @flo88 StatutContributeur poursuivre ce sujet dont je n'ai pas la ref.

AMHO je partirais sur un repaste+repad des fois que ça aide. On a trop souvent vu les fabricants jouer à l'économie sur ce segment et ça peut participer aux explications.

La remise à l'horizontale comme conseillé juste au-dessus s'applique plutôt aux modèles air-coolés ; avec un waterblock ce n'est pas un sujet et même mieux ainsi puisque l'arrivée d'air venant du dessous vient parfaitement longer les 2 faces de la carte. Ce waterblock est peut-être la source du problème s'il ne refroidit rien d'autre que le GPU (les VRM et les puces mémoire, entre autres, sont très calorifères)

Pour ce qui est de la façon de faire, quels pads choisir, épaisseur etc, il vaut mieux fouiller les forums dédiés à cette carte et synthétiser toutes les réponses : peu ont tenté toutes les combinaisons mais toutes les combinaisons ont été tentées.

Côté alim, au pire des cas on mesure 215+301 (516W 12V) ne saturant donc pas les 850W max de l'unique rail 12V décrit dans les specs de l'alim (lien qui charge longtemps chez moi). Je serais d'avis de l'écarter également.

P.S. : merci flo88 pour userdiag, je me le garde sous le coude plutôt qu'envoyer faire des relevés Afterburner

Pour le problème de la carte, cela pourrait-il venir du branchement de la pompe ?
qui ferait qu'elle soit mal refroidie au niveau du débit watercooling

car, comme je l'avais dit plus haut, niveau branchement, je crois qu'il y a des choses à revoir car je n'ai aucune possibilité de réglage sur le débit des pompes et des ventilateurs

10 ventilateurs gérés par hub 
ARGB sur hub
et les 2 pompes sur HUB aussi

donc encore énormément de choses à revoir sur mon PC

Ça semble être une boucle complète ; si tel est le cas, la circulation d'eau est suffisamment bonne pour expliquer le refroidissement CPU. Il n'est pas dans le top-tier  des 7950X refroidis (certains obtiennent 92° max au lieu de 95°) mais ça reste dans la norme haute ; il est côte à côte avec un aircooling NH-U12A.

Le réglage des ventilos, bizarre que ça ne soit pas accessible ; cela dit ma façon de gérer mes 8 ventilos + pompe a été de placer des doubleurs sur les 6 prises FAN de ma CM en respectant la limite habituelle de 1A. Partant de là, tout est gérable en PWM depuis le BIOS et même par les soft Windows fournis par MSI pour ma CM. Si le HUB reste un impératif, il va falloir jouer la désinstall/réinstall et se farcir de la doc ; je laisse la main sur ce sujet.

Je reste d'avis, suite à l'analyse userdiag, que le waterblock GPU est soit mal adapté (ne refroidit pas du tout le reste de la carte hors chip GPU) voire au mieux que les pads thermiques soient mal placés et/ou non-adaptés en épaisseur. Toujours en gardant en tête les problèmes mentionnés par @flo88 StatutContributeur

A noter qu'en air-cooling, avec une courbe de ventilation envoyant 100% dès 60°, ma 3080ti overclockée ne dépasse pas 62°. Repad et repaste y compris côté backplate, je doute même que le reste de la carte dépasse 90° sur le point le plus chaud. Pas la même ligue qu'une 7900XT il est vrai.

il s'agit là visiblement d'un pc acheté assemblé, sans doute très cher en son temps vu la config, mais désolé, je vais être un peu violent, c'est beaucoup "poudre aux yeux", j'ai déjà eu a reprendre des configurations basés sur des AIO de cette marque qui est peu diffusé en france, ils ne sont pas d'une grande qualité ( je ne suis pas fan du tout des watercaca pour des raisons de fiabilité de toute façon).

Cela c'est soldé par un remontage complet dans un autre boitier pour des tests avant remontage (quand possible) dans le boitier d'origine. Heureusement que c'est des forfaits.....sinon ce serait calamiteux.

Dans le cas de cette config précise, voilà ce que je ferais: j'écarte d'emblé l'alim, une cooler master, même de 850w, n'est pas suffisante pour ce type de montage, et je change la carte graphique, qui pour moi reste le nœud du problème. Je remonte tout ça dans un autre boitier en airflow pour tester et si c'est ok, je remonte dans le boitier d'origine si possible, mais à reculons si il faut remettre ces AIO....

Je fait le ménage dans le disque système, réinstallation de w11 propre, avec ce qu'il faut de partition, pas plus.

Ok...sauf que ce n'est pas précisé dans la question de départ,  si cela l'a été plus loin, désolé d'avoir conclu cela, mais comme je l'ai noté dans ma première intervention,  j'ai pris la discussion en cours en ayant lu de loin, donc en travers.

Et attention à pas dépasser les bornes.
