Hello,
It's been a week since I contacted Free to detach my line from another number and become the holder of my line. The technician explained how to proceed and warned me that there was a bug at Free and that they were working on it.
The request is stuck at the moment of entering the code received by email. I wanted to know the status of the repair and if anyone had a solution?

You are mistaken about the recipient, free.fr is not here!
As for knowing the status of the repair, you need to discuss that with Free and the technician in question. You are on a forum here and we are not in a position to know that!
