Phone switching automatically from 4G to 3G

Hello everyone and thank you for your attention,
I have a small technical issue with my phone (Asus Zenfone 3 Max), I have the 100GB plan from Free. When I use mobile data and I'm on 4G, about 10 minutes later the phone switches to 3G by itself. To switch back to 4G, I have to use the network search which takes about 5 minutes, which is inconvenient for playing on my PC with a hotspot...

I am on Android 7.0 with a Zenfone 3 Max, with a single SIM card and airplane mode disabled.

    Free partly uses the Orange network. The two don't like each other very much.
    Neither of them, and generally no ISP, likes the use of a smartphone as a modem, especially for "gaming," and this is easily detectable.. This might be the problem, handled by load shedding..
    One probably silly thing I would try in your place: give your PC (this can be done in advanced system properties) exactly the same internal name as your Zenfone (you can find this in the internal info under the settings menu). It's completely risk-free, reversible, has little chance of success, but doesn't cost much to try.
    You can also try to limit the "preferred network" on your Zenphone to 4G in the network properties and see what happens.
    And on Wi-Fi on your PC, don't you have enough bandwidth?

      Hi, sorry for the late reply. The end of the year was really busy for me.
      Even without sharing, the phone switches to 3G by itself after 10 minutes. It’s especially that for a while I had no Wi-Fi at all XD now I've had a fiber box installed (it's awesome!!!). I called Asus customer service and they told me it’s a recurring issue with this model, I lightly gave them a piece of my mind and I'm sending the phone to them tomorrow.
