Hello everyone, I have a question about my Free Mobile subscription.
So far, I have a plan at 15.99 on my parents' Freebox subscription. I just moved in and have my own Freebox subscription. I would like to transfer my mobile subscription to my new Free account. I couldn't find anything on the website. I tried to create a new mobile account for a transfer, but when I entered the RIO, a message says that it is impossible for a Free RIO.
I feel like I'm repeating myself a lot; I'm not sure if I’m being very clear..
Do you have a solution for me?

Hello, as a Free Mobile subscriber, it is not possible to transfer your RIO internally since this number is to be passed to another operator other than Free!
Like with the Freebox subscription, it is not possible to change the name of the account holder like that. Still, ask the hotline or at a Free Center store to confirm my answer.
In my opinion, you are complicating things for yourself. You should cancel your line at your parents' place and open one at your own place.
