Packard Bell Easynote LE69KB laptop that won't turn on

Hello, I bought a laptop three months ago. Going away for 5 weeks, I charged it and once the battery was full, I turned it off. After 5 weeks when I wanted to use it, nothing turned on, neither the computer nor the lights. The power supply from another laptop does not work. The battery still has half a charge because I was able to test it on an identical laptop. The power drain of 2.5 minutes doesn't work either.
Can you help me because I urgently need my laptop for work.

    Hello! Normally, if you plug it into its power supply without the battery, it should work!!!!???? Try charging it!

      I already tried that, either by connecting only the battery or only the power supply, and not even a LED lights up or a fan turns on.

    If nothing lights up!! It means it's broken!! I suggest you take it back to the store! You should have it exchanged since it's still under warranty!!!

      The problem is the data for my work that are on it and I absolutely need to keep. Moreover, since I need it quickly, that's why I'm going to this forum, to perhaps find a quick solution that would be worth waiting for its repair from the seller.

    Hello,

    you can always try this:

    unplug the power cord
    remove the battery
    press the power button for at least 30 seconds
    plug everything back in
    try again

      Yes, it's the drain power, but that doesn't work either. What's surprising is that it doesn't work with either the charged battery or the power supply.

    Unfortunately, I only see one solution, which is to return to customer service.

    In any case, I advise you against disassembling it, as the warranty will no longer be valid...
