Hello, I have a Hisense Vidaa series 7 television purchased in 2019 with certain pre-installed applications like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, and Disney+. Some time ago, I started experiencing major bugs with the Disney+ app, which would open but no longer play movies. I was advised to clear the cache and update the TV... except I must have made a wrong maneuver and I probably deleted the app... in any case, I can't find it anywhere... I've been browsing forums for weeks...

Help me, does anyone have a solution to re-download the app?? It's the only one I really watch on my television, and I mainly use my screen to stream (disliking regular TV channels at all) I'm throwing a bottle into the sea... if someone can respond, it would be incredible ??????????

    Hello.

Hisense apparently no longer updates its Vidaa system on your TV, the solution is to get an Android box or stick, example.

Next time, get a TV with Android and not with a proprietary system whose updates depend on the manufacturer's goodwill.

    Hello,

I currently have a Hisense and I am receiving updates!

Try resetting it, that should restore the application in question.

It won't change anything, in 2019 Hisense did not commit to long-term updates, this year Hisense commits to 8 years but this only concerns new televisions, see this page.
