Install channels on TCL TV

Hello,
I bought a TCL television and I can't install the channels. Following the procedure in the manual, it searches and finds no channels. The same message keeps repeating.
Can anyone help me please?

      Check the size of the antenna plug, it should be 9.52 mm (new standard, often blue)
      The old standard plugs are 9 mm, often green and "swim" in the female TV socket => poor contact.
