Windows 10 Keeps Getting Better with Use

Hello, Windows 10 increasingly fills up the hard drive it's installed on, an SSD, within a few hours.
There's Candy Crush on my PC, and it seems to decrease by increments of 200 MB.
Cleaning everything, including the registry, doesn't solve anything, and there are no outdated programs or drivers.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
A backup program?
TreeSize Free can help see what takes up the most space

You can review the startup programs to ensure that everything running is useful with Autoruns, Services.msc, and Process Explorer
Download Autoruns here, extract everything into a new folder anywhere, and run it as an administrator.

If there are error messages, try version 13.98 (Be careful to download Autoruns.zip, not adware from the host)
https://filehippo.com/fr/download_autoruns/13.98/
Look at all the details, do research if necessary.
In the "Logon" (Run Registry, Startup) and "Scheduled Tasks" tabs, disable or remove unnecessary third-party items from auto-start that are not from Microsoft or important Windows components, either by unchecking them or by right-clicking > Delete.
Check the "Services" tab, but do not disable them if they are sometimes useful; it is better to set them to "Manual" mode (On demand) with Windows services.msc, by right-clicking on the Start button > Run: services.msc
With Autoruns we have the list of Non-Windows services, it helps a lot.
Changes will take effect after restarting Windows.
After restarting, with Process Explorer run as an administrator, you should see almost only Microsoft Corporation processes
