Hello everyone!
I'm back with a new problem that's tormenting my computer, and I can't seem to shake it off...
Indeed, when I go to the Windows menu, whether by clicking on the little Windows icon in the lower-left corner or by pressing the key on the keyboard, I was previously able to type to search for an application in my Start menu. When I try to type, nothing appears, and the computer seems to be trying to do something (as there's the loading icon on the mouse) and nothing happens. Even when using the shortcut Windows+S, I still can't type. I have this in my Event Viewer, under Application:
Faulting application name: SearchApp.exe, version: 10.0.19041.1387, timestamp: 0xa2342d13
Faulting module name: ConstraintIndex.Search.dll, version: 10.0.19041.1387, timestamp: 0x5a2bcaba
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Error offset: 0x00000000000b6a13
Faulting process ID: 0x29d4
Faulting application start time: 0x01d800c9ec6745e4
Faulting application path: C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\SearchApp.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\System32\ConstraintIndex.Search.dll
Report ID: fd0278ed-abc9-4a14-9c8b-0d298aac8182
Faulting package full name: Microsoft.Windows.Search_1.14.2.19041_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy
Relative application ID of the faulting package: CortanaUI
Hoping someone can help me!!

Hello
To fix this issue, you need to check the system files.
To do this, right-click on the Windows logo in the Start menu, choose "command prompt as Admin" or "powershell as Admin"
Type
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth and press Enter, then wait
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth and press Enter, then wait
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and press Enter, then wait
Finally
SFC /Scannow and press Enter, then wait and read the result.
Restart the machine
See you later

Is it resolved? The green button at the top is good!
Let he who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse ;-)

Hello
Are you maybe mixing things up a bit?!?
The Windows key on the keyboard and the "little Windows" at the bottom left are not for searching!! It's for accessing the "Start" menu.
The search in the Windows 10 taskbar is represented by a magnifying glass (more logical, right?)...
Yes, you can also press Ctrl+S to search.
If that doesn't work, maybe you need to repair Windows..
Open Preferences, Update and Security, then Troubleshoot, then the blue link "Additional Troubleshooters", then scroll down to "Search and Indexing", click on it and follow the instructions.
See you later

Good evening,
To fix the search bug that no longer works on Windows 10, follow these instructions:
Download the archive desactiver-recherche-bing-windows-10.zip.
Unzip the ZIP archive.
Double-click on the .reg file to apply the changes in the Registry.
Restart Windows Explorer: open Task Manager > Processes tab > right-click on Windows Explorer > Restart.
Perform a search using the Windows 10 search bar. Everything should work again.
