Update PHOENIX BIOS

Hello,
I have a big problem. I would like to know if we can update the BIOS through Windows without frying the motherboard, and if so, I would like to know where we can download the updates because I looked on the Phoenix site but it's in English so I can't figure out how to download the update.
So anyone with an idea...
