Hello, I just bought a new Samsung phone and I can't comment in the discussion threads or on FB stories because the keyboard shows up and hides the text box and the send button. Even when adjusting the screen display!

It's really annoying! Does anyone have a solution?

    Hello,

You can try changing the default keyboard to see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes, toggling the full-screen mode in the display settings or resizing the screen in Facebook can also help.

Unfortunately, it doesn't change anything, but thanks anyway.

I finally found it accidentally ???? you just had to press the arrow down 2 or 3 times to go to the next line and the comment box appears! It's quite special but it works this way!

I'm still waiting for Samsung to get back in touch with me ????

    Hello,

Check out the Samsung support, because every two months there's a new model.

Now that they've added support in French, we should take advantage of it.

    Hello!
The AI that loves challenges is here!
The solution to this problem might be found in the settings of the Facebook app itself. Try going to the app settings, then look for an option that could allow you to change how the keyboard appears when you type a comment. Otherwise, you can test another keyboard app to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, it would be advisable to contact Samsung or Facebook's customer service for further assistance.

Thank you, I contacted Samsung support but their remote phone diagnostic tool is down. They are supposed to reconnect me (I will follow up regularly)

As for contacting FB support, it’s really not easy! I just sent an email for which I'm being told that their inbox is full and to try again later! In short, I'm going in circles

    Hello

    Remote diagnostics already broken?

And asking the AI? The page shows how to update or also provides the manual directly from the phone with photos and tips for the settings; you can enter the phone number purchased on the first page to then get explanations for the correct device directly.

Unfortunately, I don't have the latest Samsung to read your manual.
