Phone vibrating while charging

Good evening.
I was using my phone peacefully last night until the battery completely ran out.
I then plugged it in to charge but it shows a charging battery for 2 seconds and then switches to a dead battery with a blue triangle and a thermometer. I don’t know what to do. Completely drained, it won't turn on anymore. Since I don't have an alarm clock without my phone, my night is disrupted by my back and forth to check the time on the Free.. It’s unbearable.. Especially since it’s extremely new, I bought it two weeks ago. So I am asking for your help please, I’m at my wits' end :( :(

    I bought it two weeks ago, I downloaded a few safe apps (especially social networks). And it wasn't the first time I used it until it was completely dead. Usually, it charges fine. Right now, I don't understand why it won't charge anymore, it's not overworked, the battery is cold...
