Headphones that don't work during calls

Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9, my headphones connect to the charging port. They work very well. The problem is that during calls, whether it's via the phone number, Discord, no matter what, the headphones do not take the call and the sound comes out of the speaker. I tried to see if it was a setting to change in the settings, but I couldn't find anything.
I don't know if the issue can be resolved, but I'm reaching out to you for some help or maybe some guidance.
