Hello, yesterday I was watching a quiet movie and suddenly I got a blue screen with a message saying that Windows error encountered a problem gathering information... and restart! Everything works fine and then again the same thing... it restarts and works well so I put my movie back on, I fell asleep and during the night a new blue screen not even the same one it said Windows did not load properly! I restarted, I had glitches like the screen freezing, unable to use the mouse, nothing! I restarted several times! As I speak to you now my PC works with no errors but I'm a bit scared so can you tell me what's happening and what you would do in my place? Reinstall Windows, factory reset, or is there something else to do?

Thank you!

      Hi,

Have you experienced any other Blue Screens or not?

Please, kindly send photos of these blue screens if you happen to get another one, as this will help us assist you better and resolve the issues.

If everything is fine, then it was likely just the updates that needed to be executed, which caused that screen I also had, and there's no need to worry.

Is Windows Defender up to date as well?

No no, it wasn't the updates, I can tell very well when an update takes place!

This time it was really the blue screen, the one that gives you chills, the one we don't like! lol

Listen, I also wanted to see a blue screen again because there's an error code that normally appears, I wanted to recover it, it would have surely helped me, so I waited... I could never get another one because I had done a special cleanup that I found on the net because a guy had the same problem as me, a cleanup through the console (cmd), and so I never got to see a blue screen again, which is a good thing on one hand... and then a few days later I decided to start fresh with a clean PC, I did a reset on a hard drive that hardly got used.
