Problem about Facebook monetization

In the "Professional Dashboard" section, under the "monetization" subsection, then "payments," I have a balance of $40.37 USD, but no amount is shown in the "next payment" section.
Wanting to be paid via a PayPal transfer, the minimum is 25; I don’t understand why I can’t receive my payment.
I updated my payment method to PayPal and updated my tax information, indicating my SIRET number (I am under the auto-entrepreneur status).
Obviously I’m trying to reach Facebook support without success.
Thank you for your informed advice.
Have a nice day.

Hello,
Some platforms have monthly or biweekly payment cycle closing dates.
If your balance was updated recently, it may be that the next payout is in progress or transferred for the next payment date.
You should still verify that your Tax Status is Validated, that the PayPal account is linked and also verified;
There are only geographic restrictions, temporary roadblocks as well.
The payment may be on hold with a temporary deduction while they verify, and some platforms display the payout a few days before the actual transfer, especially if this is the first payout you receive.
If you fall between two cycles, the amount may not appear in: Next payout.
You should try to contact the FAQ or the platform's help center to know the payment dates and these specific conditions, or contact PayPal support directly with a screenshot, for example.
Check in PayPal if there are any receiving restrictions or currency settings that could block the transfer.
Have a good day.

Thank you for your response,
I have already conducted several checks and I received a Facebook notification saying that my billing account has been updated.
It is indeed the first billing.
My PayPal account seems to be correctly linked to my account since I have already made Facebook advertising purchases. (they deduct immediately this time...).
As I mentioned, I contacted support. I’m keeping my fingers crossed to receive a response and/or for the situation to be resolved.
Have a great day.
Facebook replied to me,
Regarding the number but I’m still troubled by the "Tax information" section, I don’t know what to indicate in the "Beneficial owner type" field, I’m a sole proprietor, I work alone in my business and I am not subject to VAT.
I sent them a message back explaining the problem...
- Hello, For the Beneficial Owner Type to select: Individual, because it corresponds to the Auto-entrepreneur status without a separate company, so you are a natural person. Enter your last name and first name exactly as they appear on tax documents. Select France as the country of citizenship. Your personal or professional address in France. Tax Identification Number (TIN) made up of 13 digits and shown on your tax assessment notice. Also check the box indicating that you request exemption under the France–United States Tax Treaty to avoid a 30% withholding tax on your income. Then sign either electronically by simply typing your name. For the auto-entrepreneur VAT, Facebook does not require its number, so you can ignore this checkbox if the option is present, since you are not subject to it. Have a nice day.

Hello,
Many thanks for this information, but in the drop-down list of this section I don’t have access to the label "Individual"; the tax category is automatically grayed out on "activity" and not "private individual".
Facebook sent me the W-8BEN form to fill out.
They sent me an invoice covering only the last month of activity; on my dashboard nothing moved, I still have the same balance and nothing pending payment.
Of course I reported all of this to them.
Have a great day.

Thank you,
I had never had to fill out this form before Facebook switched me to professional mode.
Now I’m "stuck", I’m in touch with Facebook support, but it seems to be an AI; it doesn’t answer my questions clearly. I asked if, in case it is an AI, to be connected with a human. My request is not mentioned in the response….
Do you think I could send you the form so you can tell me what I should put, knowing that I had already entered the tax ID number in the "Professional Dashboard" space on Facebook.
