Appointment scheduling software / planning / calendar which one please?
HadrienBINANT -
Hello everyone,
To schedule appointments (without online appointment booking option, I emphasize), I am looking to acquire software (no monthly subscription),
that includes the following features:
* visual representation of appointments for a day, with options to display for the week or the month, etc.,
* the ability to add comments/annotations on an appointment,
* optional color coding,
* ease of searching by the name of previous appointments with a visual of previous annotations,
* optional reminder/alert for upcoming appointments..
On Google, among the multitude of offers, there are applications for online appointment scheduling; this alternative does not concern me, and I also avoid the Google calendar, thank you.
I am looking for the appropriate software to purchase once, not a monthly subscription.
Thank you in advance for your advice. Have a great day.

There are several appointment scheduling software options that could meet your criteria. For example, you might consider Calendly, which does not require online appointment scheduling and offers the features you are looking for, such as the option to view by week or month, adding comments, using color codes, the ability to search by name for previous appointments, and a reminder option for your appointments. However, a subscription is necessary to access all features.
Next, there is also Setmore, which offers a free version with the possibility of a one-time purchase for certain additional features.
Finally, Microsoft Outlook could be a solution as it has similar features to what you are looking for and is generally included with the purchase of an Office pack, making it a one-time purchase.
However, I want to emphasize that even though these tools sometimes offer free versions or one-time purchases for certain features, you may still need to pay for a subscription to access all the features you need. Therefore, I recommend that you thoroughly check all the conditions before making a decision.
