Torrent file stuck at looking for peers

Hello, my torrent file is stuck searching for peers, yet there are indeed seeders; I've tried both uTorrent and BitLord, and the same problem occurs. I know that I needed to change the tracker, so I replaced "tracker.p2p-world.net" with "connect.maxp2p.org," but it doesn’t change anything.
