Hello
Either the attachment is too large.
Or the recipient's address does not exist.
Use a file hosting service like wetransfer to send your pdf -> https://wetransfer.com
;)
Hello,
I just read an article about MICROSOFT which, for security reasons and in response to the frequent phishing attempts using PDF files, has created an anti-spam firewall for PDFs. The article states that the MICROSOFT teams are working on unlocking access for those of us who use this file format. So stay tuned.
Hello,
So it's definitely spam, systematic as mentioned in <8> right now on Outlook if there are pdf attachments.
We can perfectly keep the address used in Outlook but in a mail software, for example Thunderbird.
Or (even though I dislike the idea), keep Outlook, right-click on the pdf, send to, compressed folder, and this time it's the zip we send.
Good evening,
The attachment isn't heavy, it's PDFs ranging from 20 KB to 200 KB at most, and the recipients' addresses exist since it usually works. It's only for the past ten days that it's been like this.
His inbox might be full…
Hello,
Unfortunately, the box is not full. I tried to send the same thing to my husband's email address and it's the same issue, I always get this POSTMASTER undelivered. I think it comes from my app but I've searched in the settings, I uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled it, nothing works. It must definitely be something I'm doing wrong but what????
Thanks anyway
Re
I just tried to send a 2MB photo and it went through. So it’s a problem related to the PDF, I’m using PDF X.
