Outlook messaging issue

Hello,I have a little problem with Outlook.A few months ago, there was a general connection issue with Outlook that lasted a day or two.Since then, I've been experiencing problems with this email service only on my computer (not on my phone) and only at certain times (sometimes everything is fine).Small error messages pop up:“Sorry... We can’t display the original message right now. It will be included when this message has been sent.”“We can’t save this message right now. Please try again later.”“The following files could not be attached: (file name, a few MB). Please try again later.”I also can't sometimes search for old emails...If you knew what this is due to and/or how to fix it, that would be great! ^^Thank you!Configuration: Windows / Firefox 66.0

Are you talking about "Outlook" mail and not the Outlook software for reading emails?

And how do you read these emails..? on the Webmail site or with an email client software..?

I understand that you have attachments..? Aren't they too big..? What is their size..? in total, if there are several.

But the problem certainly comes from the composition of your email.. see the characters used for example.

I don’t really get the nuances and the technicality...

I do a simple search on Google and log into my email on the Outlook site
(https://outlook.live.com/mail/)

And indeed, the main problem concerns attachments (but there are others, like the inability to search messages by keyword or address, for example)

For attachments, any format, even without text and even lightweight, I receive an error message
"The following files could not be attached: (file name). Please try again later."

It is also worth noting that at certain times, attaching files is perfectly possible...

(https://outlook.live.com/mail/) is a web-based email service... While "Oulook" is a Microsoft program that is used to access various sites to search for emails and retrieve them on your PC.

Have you allowed or blocked attachments...?? And what are these attachments..?? Can you give an example of an attachment file..? And its size..?

Ok thanks, I didn't know about the program.

- Yes, emails without attachments go through.

- img20190529_10441465.jpg for example. (Well, except that it's in jpg, it doesn't help you much, but it’s also the case for PDFs and Word documents, I haven't tested with other formats)

- Its size is 329 KB (these are mostly scans of administrative documents, or a few pages of text)

- I have several email addresses at... (well, Outlook or Hotmail? I’m not sure how to refer to it) they have the same issues.

- I absolutely have no idea how to allow or disallow attachments, but the notorious error message "The following files could not be attached: (img20190529_10441465.jpg). Please try again later." suggests more of a technical impossibility than a permission issue.
