Unable to read received messages from Messenger on FB

Hello,

For a month now, there has been an update to Messenger on Facebook and since then I can no longer read incoming messages, but I can still send them.

I want to clarify that I use a PIN code to open Messenger, but nothing changes except for some information about end-to-end encryption.

It's frustrating and I don't know what to do. I even admit that this update is really bad, even though I see it as an update or installation of Messenger, but I want to emphasize that I only want to use it on my PC for now and not on my mobile.

Hello,

Nothing new, just the usual routine.

There's a problem with their servers, so aside from waiting or reaching out to Facebook support.

Hello,

Strangely, I have some readable replies in Messenger and others where it seems like the sender hasn't sent anything. Odd.

I'm going to end up installing Messenger on my smartphone.

All of this doesn't seem reliable to me...
