The word java-script many times in my messages

Hello,

In my laposte.net messaging and on many messages, the word javascript keeps appearing in the text, making it almost unreadable! However, when the online version is offered, the text returns to "normal".

      I'm not sure I understand.

      If you use your La Poste address in an email software and the received message contains code tags, the situation can only arise if one of them points to online content, for example, an image, that you are not connected to, and that this image is online and not attached or embedded in the body of the message, that's a lot of ifs.

      If you go through the Webmail and you're offline, you can't access it.

      But if this same Webmail contains scripts and they are not accessible, it's because the browser, through an extension or security software, blocks JavaScript.

      Let's say, for example, that I want to connect to Google Earth without having allowed the corresponding scripts, here’s the result:

    Thank you for your response, but I'm lost... My skills are not up to your diagnosis. Some received emails are "stuffed" with the word JavaScript and are almost unreadable. If the online version is offered and I validate this option, the email is readable normally.

    Is there a simple manipulation to restore normal functionality?

      You didn't say whether you were using an email software (Thunderbird, Outlook, or whatever) or if you connect directly to the La Poste website with your browser; that's called Webmail and it changes everything about the question; the emails are not received in the traditional sense (not on your computer) but in your online mailbox.
