Issue with email preview display

Hello,

for a few days, I've been having problems with the email previews on Thunderbird.

I can see the emails listed at the top of my screen, but when I click on them, no preview opens in the bottom part.

It works for incoming and sent emails, but not for the emails in my local folders.

Does anyone have an idea? (I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail)

Hello,

For the preview issue that doesn't show up in local folders, it may be helpful to go to the View menu > Layout and check that the message pane is enabled.

You can also try launching Thunderbird in safe mode (with the --safe-mode option) to see if an extension or theme is blocking the display.

Make sure to check that your hard drive isn't full, especially if you store a lot of emails locally.

If nothing changes, creating a temporary new Thunderbird profile may help test if the problem comes from the current profile.
