Thunderbird email display issue

Hello everyone,
I require your attention because since this evening when I open Thunderbird (see link below), my emails are not displaying at all; no matter how much I click on "Read messages," nothing happens.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing works.
I hope someone can help me resolve this issue.

    try a right click on Inbox -> properties -> repair folder
