Printing issue

Hello,
I still have my issue with printing my documents.
When I start the print job, the document appears in the list of documents sent to my printer and then disappears, so there's nothing to print.
I have two computers; it works very well on one, but not on the other. My printer is a HP Envy Inspire series 7200 connected via USB cable, and the configuration is the same for both.
What should I do? Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Assuming it is a malfunction (paper jam), have you contacted HP support as suggested, and what did they say?

Download and install --> Revo Uninstaller
Run it as administrator
Uninstall all products from the HP printer
Follow the tutorial carefully to uninstall everything properly, including the leftover folders and keys.
For the residue scan, check --> advanced mode
Restart the PC.
Download this driver --> ENVY Inspire Series 7200e
Disconnect the USB cable from the PC
Turn on the printer
Launch the driver
Connect the cable to the PC as soon as prompted. -
