Hello,
My device, which I haven't charged for about 5 years, when I connected it to the charger, I started to hear a sound like: "Tech Tech" coming from the speaker, and when I turn it on, nothing happens. Please help me and thank you in advance.

Hello,
I don't think the sound can provide information about the failure. At the very least, it should be charged for about eight hours.
That said, if the battery has been damaged due to the electrochemical nature of this component, it would be advisable to consider replacing it.

Sometimes, a red light comes on and I leave the device in the charger, but after a while, I notice that my device never charged.
