Switch 2 reading issue

hello
I just bought a switch 2
when I got home, I couldn't read it on my TV screen
according to the TV, the HDMI port being used is not active
according to the switch, it doesn't find the path
after asking for advice at Micromania where I bought it, and where it was tested and it works, I had to change my TV, mine being 15 years old (what a pain considering the price of the switch!)
I just bought a Hisense 60Hz QLED UHD 4K TV (price: what a pain!)
and I still have the same issue! (what a super pain)
I should clarify:
- that the HDMI cable I am using works very well for the computer/TV connection
- that I have tested all the HDMI ports with this computer and all work with my computer
it's possible that I am connecting the switch incorrectly but apparently there is only one HDMI port so I don’t see where this could come from!!
any ideas?
do you know where this could come from?

Hello,
I had a similar problem. I got the Switch 2 a few days ago for my daughter. I have a 4K smart LCD TV, and I connected everything properly, but the TV says that there is nothing or that the HDMI cable is connected as if it doesn't recognize the Switch 2.
So, I had to go to the source. There, I found the list of devices connected to the TV. I went to the HDMI cable logo, and I think there was even a red cross where the Switch 2 was connected. I pressed OK on the remote, and strangely, the Switch image appeared, and since then, there have been no more problems.
It might be a bug, a display issue, or related to the Switch 2; I don't know.
Sincerely.

Hello,
Are you using the Ultra High Speed HDMI cable (HDMI 2.1) that comes with the Switch 2?
If so, check your TV settings. Since the console has been tested and works, there is probably something blocking at the TV level, but I have no specific idea of what that could be.
