Software switch issue

Question

Hello,

I just bought the Switch and the game WRC 8, but here's the thing: after 2-3 stages in the game, it crashes every time at the same spot, sending me back to the console's home menu after the message "you have exited the software because an error occurred."

What can I do to fix the problem?

Hello, I still haven't found the reason why, but a workaround: I play in airplane mode and no error message at the end of the specials... it's not a solution, I haven't received a response from Nintendo... but I'm playing in the meantime.

Same for me, still at the end of the Sweden rally, the 2nd of the career mode, even after erasing everything and creating a new profile. Game editor support contacted but the response was "we will get back to you" and no news since then for 3 months despite follow-ups. Not really serious...
