Hello, soon the game Pokémon Legends: Arceus will be released.
I have a Switch, and there are 2 of us who want to play the same game, so logically we want to buy the game twice.
My question is the following: if we buy the game twice, will there be 2 different save files if we use the same Nintendo account?

Hello, no. A save is stored in the console's memory, not on a cartridge. Each save is linked to a user account on the console.
With a cartridge, you can create multiple saves by creating multiple user accounts on the console.
If you insert another cartridge of the same game into the same console, the same saves will be used.
When there are multiple user accounts, when starting the game, the console will prompt you to choose an account. The save loaded in the game will be the one associated with the account you selected (even if you put in another cartridge of the same game).
