Good evening everyone

So, I just received my new smartphone, but there's a problem: it's asking me for a 4-digit PIN code even though I haven't done anything or put in the SIM card yet. I'm wondering if it was refurbished even though I paid for a new one... The more I try, the longer I have to wait before trying again; I'm at 2 hours now ????????????

Thank you for coming to my rescue

Good evening,

The members of CommentCaMarche.net cannot assist you in bypassing SimLock measures, IMEI locking - password - iCloud - schematics, retrieving a lost or forgotten code for a mobile phone, smartphone, tablet, or any other mobile communication device.

Indeed, your good faith is absolutely unverifiable, and any response provided regarding such requests could be misused for malicious purposes (stolen phone or otherwise...). This would equate to aiding hacking and would therefore be contrary to the CCM charter!

Thank you for respecting this choice.

Hello

never seen a PIN request before the SIM installation

nothing prevents you from putting the SIM in, phone off, then starting it up to enter the SIM PIN

Hello,

This phone is not new.

I set up an A56 last week. The first thing that is asked is to choose the language of use.

The choice of unlocking mode comes afterwards, and you can then choose a PIN code.

What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.
