Hello,
I have a problem with insufficient free space on my Samsung Galaxy J5.
Out of 8 GB of internal memory, I have 102 MB available, of which 3.35 GB is for system memory (which I assume is mandatory) and 4.39 GB is used, of which 4.31 GB is for apps. My problem? I don't know which apps I could potentially delete and if that would be helpful.
Thank you for your advice, a somewhat lost user.

Hello
open your phone app and type this code..
you will see a "SysDump" menu
press on this line "delete Dumpstate/logcat"
don't worry this will delete a bunch of residual files.
then press the return button on your phone to exit this menu and restart your phone and you should gain some space... finally you never had 4.31Go for apps, knowing that for applications you actually only have 1.97Go.. don't confuse the 2 memories, the one of 1.97 and the one of 4.3 which is your internal storage for your photos, music, etc...
