Écran tactile ne se connecte pas correctement

Hello,

On my Galaxy A14 5G, my touchscreen isn't working properly. It often becomes unresponsive. No matter how much I try to scroll the screen or even write a message, nothing happens, it's like frozen. I have to press the Power button (as if to put it to sleep) and press the Power button again to get the home screen, and then it starts working again. Sometimes I have to do this 2 or 3 times in a row.

Does anyone have a solution to this recurring problem?
