Boursorama notifications

Hello, I changed my phone and switched to the S25. Since then, I no longer receive notifications from the Boursorama app when I want to pay for something online. I have to open the app to validate the transaction, but I used to get a notification on my old phone.
However, I tried looking in the notification settings and everything is set correctly...

Hello,
Since notifications are allowed, check under Settings > Apps > Boursorama if the Allow display over other apps option is enabled. Some apps, like banking apps, may need this access. For example, it may automatically open and appear on the screen to ask you to confirm a code to validate a purchase.
If the setting is correctly enabled, go to Settings > Battery and device maintenance > Battery > App power management. Remove the app if you find it under Sleeping apps and Deep sleeping apps. If the app does not appear in these sections, disable Adaptive battery and Put unused apps to sleep.
Hello,
I'm really sorry to have kept you waiting like that.
Yes, the notification comes when the app is open.
I have a second question. For small payments, it goes through all at once, I can't even confirm via the app. Is it because my bank considers it a low-risk transaction?
Thank you again,
Yoann
Hello Yoann,
No worries.
If you receive notifications when the app is open, that means it's the phone that's preventing it from working when it's closed / in the background.
In the battery settings, also try disabling Adaptive battery saver and enabling Optimized mode. Otherwise, check the High performance mode.
As for payment validation, yes, this can depend on the transactions. Generally, for low-value payments or with certain merchants that offer strong authentication or if the bank deems the fraud risk to be low, then verification may not be necessary. You can ask your bank if you want more details.
