Error 4102 4107 on France Tv from PC.

Hello,
France TV crashes every day from my computer (macBook on wifi with the signal at max), errors 4102 or 4107.

You have to restart the videos that go back to the beginning (documentaries or series), go through the ads again, and manually search to get back to where it crashed.

After two times in a row, I switch to another content and no more issues (Arte, Netflix....)

It's really frustrating and it's been like this for 5 years! I might end up skipping public service ????

Hello,

The error is on their end, at their servers; there is nothing you can do. Only France Télévisions is able to correct this type of error.

If you are using an ad blocker or a VPN, you might try disabling them.

 It’s really frustrating and it’s been like this for five years! Am I going to end up ditching public service?

There’s nothing we can do here if the services of the France Télévisions group aren’t working properly!
