More USB ports

Hello. For a few days, no USB ports are working, so I can't interact with the screen since the keyboard and mouse are plugged into USB ports. Is there a fuse in the computer that might have blown? Thank you in advance for your advice.

    Hello,

    Do you have a Windows installation USB key?

    Otherwise, I see no option but to press the power button three times in a row to enter Recovery mode.

    > Troubleshoot
    > System Restore
    > Choose a different restore point...
    (Dated before the issue)

    Hello, I don’t have a recovery key, and even if I did, it wouldn’t work since the USB ports are down. I’m going to try to crash the computer three times, you never know.
