Unable to load the requested conversation

Hello,

When I open my Gmail, a message appears in the bottom left saying "unable to load the requested conversation" and no conversations are displayed.

I have to click on "inbox" to load the messages.

How can I get rid of the message when opening Gmail?

    have you tried clearing the cookies? another browser?

      To clear cookies in Google Chrome, you can follow these steps: Open Google Chrome and click on the More button located at the top right, then click on Settings. Under Privacy and security, click on Cookies and other site data. Select See all cookies and site data and search for the site whose cookies you want to remove. To delete all cookies and site data, click on Clear.

      You can also use the drop-down menu Time range to choose to delete the entire history or a selection from the last 24 hours to the last four weeks. If you delete cookies while logged into Chrome, you will not be signed out of your Google account.

      Another quick method is to open Google Chrome, click on More, Clear browsing data, choose a time range, select the types of information you want to delete, and then click on Clear data.
