Unable to leave a review on Google Maps

Hello
I don't understand anything.
I leave reviews on Google Maps (with a "secondary" Gmail address) and systematically get my review rejected even when it's good or even excellent.
I receive the following email: your review is not visible online. What happened? Thank you for your contribution. Unfortunately, we can't publish it at this time. Our automated systems have removed this content because it seems to violate the Maps content policy... etc. etc.
Has anyone else faced this problem?
Is there a solution? Any settings?

According to what is explained, it is related to the algorithm of google.com which does not allow (and deletes it in the process…) content that seems to violate the terms of use, so apparently has nothing to do with the phone settings.

Moreover, at the same time, sometimes algorithms can make mistakes too (because they reflect their creators…) far from being perfect!
Thank you for your feedback, but what I don’t understand is that I’ve tried to submit several reviews (~7/8) and each time I get the same response.
This is leading me to suspect a configuration issue with the account.
Or it could be because my email address is not in the format of firstname.lastname but rather a generic address like "the.jokester at gmail.com".
