Video cell. not playing on my PC anymore. No issues before.

Hello everyone,
For a few days now, I've been making videos with my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra) and I can no longer play them on my PC, as it asks for an HEVC extension. I’ve never had this problem before. I have plenty of videos and I open them without issue with Media Player. But for at least a week, my videos haven't opened because of the codec.
What's the problem? Do I need to make changes on my cell phone or on my PC? What happened that I can no longer open my videos?
Because I've never had this problem before.
I have Windows 10
Thank you for your responses.

Hello, I think it's on your phone that suggests using the more efficient H265 / HEVC codec by reducing the size of ultra-high-definition UHD videos, switching back to AVC/H264.
