Hello,

Hello, I bought a TCL TV a week ago, no problem, it read my USB keys of any capacity and then suddenly it stopped reading them and even worse, it doesn't recognize anything anymore, but the keys work fine on the computer. I tried resetting the TV, I even wanted to update it, but the TV says no update is needed and everything is good. I don't know what to do anymore!!

    Hello,

She no longer recognizes any USB keys? Formatted in FAT32? Or NTFS?

I don't know if your TV "resets," you haven't mentioned the model.

You might find some information in the manual, in the Troubleshoot section.

Hello again! Following my message about the problem with my TV and its USB drives

My TV is a TCL 43C62B

And the drives it could read were in FAT32 and NTFS, both of which it could read since I bought it, and now nothing works. I even tried a small 16GB USB drive.

Wouldn't it be rather the TCL 43C61B, the exact reference?

    Good evening,

Remove the USB key, if it is present on the television, then unplug the power cord and restart your television to see before inserting a USB key again.

      Hello,

With my ASUS PC monitor, when I have a BUG (Rarely, black screen at startup) I have to hold the Power button for 10 seconds or more? while it is unplugged from the power.

      To discharge the capacitors.
